Participation in AcademyaO events is at your own risk.
 
With the booking, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of the AcademyaO as binding.
 
If you book by email, you will receive a booking confirmation from us.

Booking by phone (messenger) is also possible. Here, too, you will receive a booking confirmation in written form.
 
Payment for the courses, treatments and excursions can be made in advance at 100% of the amount due by bank transfer, in cash or by credit card before the service booked with us begins.

AcademyaO Fuerteventura is not responsible for any damage caused during or outside of AcademyaO events. You assume all risks and agree that AcademyaO Fuerteventura cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, delay (flight or similar), loss or damage to property or health. The AcademyaO Fuerteventura does not assume any transport costs or other costs that may arise outside of the programs.

By making a booking, customers agree that they understand that the practice of yoga and any physical activity has inherent risks. You accept these risks and take part in themSports- and other voluntary activities. Customers will not hold anyone responsible (including the AcademyaO Fuerteventura, Anna M. Vogel, all teachers, assistants, therapists and organizers of activities) or blame for any injury of a physical or mental nature resulting from participation in the  activities, exercises or/and use of the facilities.The AcademyaO assumes no liability for loss, theft or damage to your property.
