• in your holiday home (vacationers)

• alternatively in my studio (for both vacationers & residents)

• outdoors in exposed places (for both vacationers and residents)

and/or 

• online – worldwide, wherever you are - live process on a personal basis! Guidance, correction and supervision in the execution of the exercises
